Developer’s Log: Entry 12

Full Sail GDNB Capstone: Team Balerion – Game: GravityWorks

Team Accomplishments:

In addition to fine tuning our existing systems (which will continue to be the case for the foreseeable future) and squashing bugs found during play testing.

Individual Contributions:

Beyond my regularly scheduled tasks (which include helping my team mate Joe with the weekly build and gathering and fine-tuning the supporting documentation for the build) I worked on creating, editing, and publishing our team's Audio Collaboration Pitch, adding in the eGrav transition rooms (which made it in to our last build and were made to look really nice by Joe), re-hauled our message system to make it more intuitive with less bugs, relocated two specific pickups throughout all levels (after Joe was done making them look really nice), and continued working on fixing bugs in our known bugs list with the team (including help menu aesthetics, bugs with the transition room doors, z-fighting across several levels (an on going endeavor), an inverted gravity bug, etc...).

Concerns:

We did really well with this past week - I think the only thing that is getting in our way now is time and balancing priorities. I feel that we had to mark quite a few important tasks as 'Failed' this week, and I didn't like seeing that, lol.
